Water Sports Camp Directions
Water Sports Camp is not held at Koinonia Conference Grounds like our other camps are. It is located at Lake Don Pedro near Sonora, CA. For directions, click the link below.
From The SF Bay Area
Take Hwy 580 East and follow the signs for Hwy 205/120 to Oakdale/Sonora. Watch carefully for the signs as the road winds through a few towns. Hwy 120 will turn into Hwy 108, continue on Hwy 120/108 towards Sonora. Turn right on Hwy J59/La Grange Road and continue towards Lake Don Pedro. Turn left on Bonds Flat Rd. and tell the rangers you are with the Koinonia Water Sports Camp. They will direct you to the left – follow the signs and continue to the ‘D’ campsites.
From the Monterey Bay Area
Take Hwy 129 East and exit onto Hwy 101 North. Take Hwy 101 North until the Hwy 152/Pacheco Pass Rd. exit. Take Hwy 152 to the Hwy 33 North exit and take 33 North towards Gustine. Continue on 33 North as it turns into South Ave, and then to 6th St. Then turn left onto 4th St. and take the 3rd right onto CA 140 towards Merced. Once in Merced, turn left at V St, and then take another left onto 16th St/CA 59 North. Turn left at Co Rd J59/La Grange Rd. (signs for Don Pedro Lake) Turn left on Bonds Flat Rd. and tell the rangers you are with the Koinonia Water Sports Camp. They will direct you to the left – follow the signs and continue to the ‘D’ campsites.
