Summer Staff is making lifelong friends, venturing into brand new experiences, deepening your walk with God, learning new skills, developing a servant's heart and having an absolute blast!
Summer staff life is all about community. Staff members are assigned to dormitory style shared cabins.
Koinonia's summer staff can expect to work hard. Summer staff is a tremendous opportunity to grow personally and spiritually. Applicants must be prepared to work and live with people from various cultural and church backgrounds.

Leadership responsibilities are in addition to operational responsibilities (all leaders will also have an operational position).
Pay
Pay range is from $350-$450 per week plus room and board. Positions requiring additional responsibility, leadership, or skill will be compensated accordingly. On site housing is required.
